Most coffee is sold as "from Brazil" or "from Ethiopia". Ours comes from one family's farms in Cameroon, is roasted in small batches in Cameroon, and carries our name on every bag. Cultivated in Cameroon, engineered with a Swiss mindset.

Questions coffee lovers ask us

Where does Kontch's E&E coffee come from?+

Every bean is planted, grown, harvested and dried on our own family farms in Cameroon, then roasted in small batches in Cameroon. We never buy on the open market, so every bag is fully traceable.

Arabica or Robusta, which should I choose?+

Choose Arabica (Canvas, The Maya) for natural sweetness, fruit and a softer cup. Choose Robusta (Feroce) for strength, body and crema in espresso. Not sure? The Dream Team tasting flight lets you try them side by side.

Should I buy whole beans or ground coffee?+

Whole beans stay fresh longest; grind just before brewing. If you don't own a grinder, pick Espresso, Filter or French press and we grind to match your method.

How much does shipping cost?+

Shipping is charged by weight with Swiss Post: CHF 11 per parcel up to 2 kg to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and France, and CHF 25 per parcel up to 2 kg to other countries, customs declaration included.

Can I create my own blend?+

Yes. In the Coffee Creator you choose bean, harvest, roast, flavour and grind, and we roast a blend that exists only for you, with organic fruit or spice extracts if you wish.

Is the packaging sustainable?+

Our kraft My Koffee bags and gift boxes are designed to be composted, re-purposed or recycled, and our farms grow without chemicals in mixed plantations.
